Article 7 Governing Law and Court of Jurisdiction
The establishment, validity, performance, and interpretation of these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Japan. 2.

If a lawsuit becomes necessary between a user and the Secretariat, the Saitama District Court Kumagaya Branch or Kumagaya Summary Court shall be the court of first instance.
